  • What do you charge to list our home for sale?

     If you are ready to put your home on the market we will get it actively marketed for you for 2% of the sale price, and we will pay 100% of your closing costs, so you don't have to worry about it. Buyers will get their commission from their buyer's agent. If we end up representing a buyer, they will pay us any additional fee our Broker requires.


    The buyer MAY request a fee from you but that will be entirely in your discretion, and will depend on the actual offer.
